I'm opposed to changing the CRA rules so that they apply only to the
very largest banks. I've served on the CRA Advisory Committee of Zions
Bank, one of the largest in Utah, since that committee was initiated.
I
have been impressed with the bank's leadership in our community and our
state but I recognize that it is motivated by and responding to the
federal CRA rules. Please continue to reward banks for doing their part
to better our communities as Zions and other banks in Utah have done.
