I represent a community housing development corp. that is supported by 8 area banks. Most of these banks are smaller and would be exempt from CRA if the proposed change is implemented. This policy will reduce opportunity for low and moderate income residents in our community and would make our mission to promote homeownership and financial stability for this population considerably more difficult. Please do not approve this proposal!
