Dear Sir:

I am strongly opposed to this change being made to the current Community Reinvestment Act. In order to revitalize, stabilize and save our neighborhoods, it is imperative that we have the involvement of all financial institutions; regardless of size. "Social conscience" seems to be missing from the vocabulary and mind set of the banking institutions; thus, we need the CRA as a tool to ensure that this term is not allowed to be ignored or forgotten.
