Re: Community Reinvestment Act 12 CFR Part 345
I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250
million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment
Act.
This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income
communities.
I am a resident and the housing Committee chair for a low-income community
and we are diligently working to preserve and improve our community.
We need more lending and investments and services.
Please reconsider; do not kill-off our communities! Help them thrive!
and stay alive!
