Dear Mr. Feldman:
I understand a rule has been proposed to change the Community Reinvestment
Act regulations. I believe that changing the CRA would cause great harm
to rural communities.
As a member of the board of the Southern Mutual Help Association, I am
very concerned about the damage this rule would cause programs to help
low-income people get new homes.
I urge you to reject this proposed rule. Thank you for considering my
views.
