As the Executive Director of the Baraboo Community Development Authority we administer the CDBG program for the City. Part of our program is targeted at Low income families who want to purchase a home. Because of the CRA requirement, our local banks have been willing to work with LMI families to make the dream of owning a home come true. If this requirement is eliminated or a cap put on it, these opportunities will vanish. Please don't make these changes as it will make the programs we offer impossible for the applicants within the City of Baraboo, WI.
