Gentlemen:

I am opposed to the proposed rule to decrease the CRA obligations to banks. The FDIC proposal will harm low to moderate income communities, particularly in rural areas - and leave some states with no CRA-covered institutions - by removing CRA obligations from as many as 1,300 insured depository institutions.
