550 E. 17th Street, NW

Dear Mr. Feldman:

I am writing to you on behalf of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (NHCLF) to express their opposition to proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations.

The NHCLF is the first statewide community loan fund established in the United States. By linking individuals and institutions with capital to a variety of community initiatives, the NHCLF lends money and help to low and moderate income people to increase their self-sufficiency. The financial and technical assistance that the NHCLF provides greatly improves the borrowers' ability to succeed. As I evaluate the proposed changes to the CRA regulations, input from organizations like the NHCLF is an important indicator of how the changes will affect the rural communities of my district.

I would appreciate your review of the NHCLF's concerns and would welcome any comments you have. Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to hearing from you. Should have you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact my District Director, Brian Miller, at (603) 641-9536.

Sincerely
Jeb Bradley
Member of Congress
