Subject: RIN # 3064-AC50 Do Not Change CRA Regulations

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

The Community Reinvestment Act is a critical part of ensuring that affordable housing is built. Here in California, affordable housing is extremely scarce. These proposed regulations will make it even less likely that funding will be available for affordable housing.
