I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

The divide between the Rich and Poor gets worse every year. The CRA in it's current form is essential to maintaining investment in these communities. I have seen first hand how these investments help families emerge from the grips of poverty.

Please do not change the rules!!!!
