Dear Mr. Feldman,

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, changing CRA will undermine rural communities. Changing this rule will make it difficult for organizations trying to provide affordable housing to hard working families without the investment of local banks. Please do not adopt this rule!
