Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations.  During the last twenty-two years Boys, Girls, Adults Community Development Center (BGACDC) has enjoyed a productive working relationship with the banks in Phillips County Arkansas.

Based on our understanding of the rule changing, we strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations.
