Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:
The rural community has to deal with water problems, dirt roads, substandard
housing, transportation, education, health overall just a poor quality of
life. There has been many discussions on how to improve or provide help for
rural communities but little action. It is so hard to get the necessary help
and changing the CRA regulations will not improve the quality of life or
give hope for a better future. I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing
in the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will really
undermine rural communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
