Dear Mr. Feldman,
As a general officer for the Congregation of the Sisters of Providence,
I represent many of our Sisters who work with the poor in rural areas.
From their experience and from my own 15 year experience of working in
rural areas, I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations.
In my opinion, changing CRA will undermine rural communities. Please
do not adopt this
rule.
