FDIC Federal Register Citations From: Bernadine Martin [mailto:bimartin@chartermi.net] I have worked on housing issues for low to moderate income people for 27 years. The CRA is a valuable tool for investment in a community, but particularly for those less well off. I would not be happy to see this watered down in any way; if anything, it should be the opposite.
