As a developer of affordable housing for the elderly and low to moderate. citizens in this area, the Rocky Mount/Edgecombe Community Development Corporation in Rocky Mount, North Carolina strongly oppose the rule that proposes to change the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In our opinion, it will undermine our communities and the people who need help the most. We ask that you please do not adopt this rule.
