Proposal to Expand Eligibility for the Streamlined CRA Exam

Dear Mr. Feldman:

I rather doubt that you will see this letter, but by chance you do I am writing in regards to the above subject. If there is anything you can do to streamline the small bank CRA examination, I would very much appreciate it. Peoples State Bank is a small ($15 million asset bank) which employs six individuals. The man hours needed to satisfy the government agencies is a constantly growing responsibility. Because of our size, our ability to assist our community is limited, however we attempt to meet its needs wherever possible. Please assist small banks wherever possible in lessening the burden.
