Dear Mr. Feldman:
Sometimes things are BEST when they are left alone. Two (2) other
agencies has recognized how important this program is and the harm it
will bring to the rural areas.
Right now this is all we have to support the small.and rural areas of
this country. I see this as just another reason for our young men and
women to move into the large cities and leave the rural areas to blow
away.
Please reconsider what you are doing.
