The North Central Community Action Program's Board of Directors (18)
and management and service staff (11) stand in opposition to the
proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). CRA has proven
to be vital to rural development initiatives for many years. These
proposed changes pose a serious threat to future development efforts.
