Gentlemen:
I am writing to let you know, as a nonprofit technology provider to
ruralcommunities, I strongly oppose the rule changing the Community
ReinvestmentAct regulations. In my opinion, it will severely undermine
the communities and people who need help the most.
The proposed changes directly oppose CRA's mandate to require lenders
to meet community needs. CRA is too important to be gutted. Please drop
your proposal like the two other federal agencies that recognized its
harm to underserved communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
