Dear Sirs,
I strongly oppose the proposed changes to the community reinvestment
act. By reducing the number of banks which are subject to this act, poor
and low income towns and neighborhoods would lose a valuable asset.
America is the land of opportunity and free enterprise, the cost of
opportunity is responsibility to all parts of our great country.
