Dear Sirs:
I strongly oppose the rule changing the Community Reinvestment
Act regulations. In my opinion, it will undermine the communities
and people who need help the most, specifically those low and moderate
income families and individuals living in rural areas. I strongly
urge you to not adopt this rule.
