Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment
Act
regulations. As a small business CDFI lending institution, it is
difficult
for us to pursuade traditional banks to invest in marginal communities
and
projects. Market failure is leaving rural communities behind. I do not
understand the logic behind the push for this legislative gutting of an
already weak program. In my opinion, it will really undermine rural
communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
