Dear FDIC Comments Center,
For many years I served on the board of a community reinvestment
fund, and saw
first hand the positive outcomes of partnerships between banks and
community funds
and organizations. THE CRA WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN INITIATING BANK INVOLVEMENT.
As a concerned citizen, I urge you to withdraw your proposed changes
to the
Community Reinvestment Act regulations (RIN 3064-AC50). CRA has been
instrumental
in increasing homeownership and economic development. This action
will harm our
communities.
