I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Hardworking people deserve the chance to own a home and
create a community. I find it disheartening that people of privelege,
those who already have homes of their own and live abundantly
comfortable lives, are so willing to deny this opportunity to others. I
strongly encourage you to uphold the Community Reinvestment Act and
