I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the
Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to
rural communities and my own community as well. I've worked in Housing
Rehabilitation and have seen this Act work to stabilize neighborhoods.
