I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Why has this administration consistently changed the
middle class into the poverty class, then refused them housing? Is the
Bush administration there only for the rich Americans? That's a
rhetorical question... of course he is.
