I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : It is unfortunate that we have to "legislate" ethical
behavior. Returning resources to the community, providing for those less
fortunate is our duty and call. Do NOT change the Community Reivestment
Act. In fact, strengthen it!
