I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Please do not allow banks to negate their responsibility
to reinvest in all the communities from which they draw money --
especially blighted urban and rural communities most in need.
