I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : This is the first step towards LESS ownership outside of
the wealthier classes. As well as the growth of the hideous McMansions
all over our beautiful rural areas
