I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I realize that banks are in business to make a profit,
and I have no problem with that. However, I believe that banks and other
businesses have an ethical obligation to invest in the communities that
support them.
