I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : The Community Reinvestment Act has been tremendous for
community revitalization and hasn't cost taxpayers anything, so I'm
strongly opposed to the proposed rule changes for it.
