I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I want to see those with difficult situations getting a
hand up in life. I think keeping loans available for those in need of
help is an important gift to all society. We all benefit when the
poorest among us are made able to do for themselves.
