I realize I am late in submitting this comment but I will do so
anyway.
I am absolutely against freeing lending institutions with assets
under $250,000,000 from undergoing CRA audits. In our community there
are several banks in this category and some of them are notorious for
trying to NOT do their duty with respect to the guidelines enforced by
the CRA Act.
