I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : The changes would keep the regulation from working
effectively as it has in the past. With any regulation there must be
compliance. Capitalism can only work with proper safeguards to protect
our communities. Thank you for your careful consideration of any
changes.
