I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : We all lose when the gap between rich & poor becomes ever
larger. A strong middle class is one of America's strengths. Don't
undermine it! Give a hand up, not a hand out.
