I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : PLEASE, do not eliminate an opportunity for the poor to
be raised into self-sufficiency and better lives.
It hurts us all to take away their opportunities to improve their lot in
life.
