I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: At a time when most rural Americans are struggling to maintain
their way of life -- which has formed the backbone of this country
since its inception -- this proposed change is like a gut-punch to
a person already on the ropes. Enough already! Give hard-working
American taxpayers an even break.
