I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: There are enough policies and benefits that allow the GAP to continue
increasing. Advocating a policy change that reduces the chances for
people (especially regardless of their actual credit rating) to make
a better life for themselves and their family is horrible. Please
