I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: I understand that the existing program cost the tax payers nothing
and worked wonderfully. Why cnage this program to make it more difficult
for home ownership to the working poor and low income? It's W - wrong.
