I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I live in a rural area and I am shocked at your proposed
rule change. We are already in need of infrastructure improvements and
your changes will make this situation worse. Please keep this doorway
open to rural folks.
