I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I recently lived in a small rural community and the
people of those communities have some difficult financial struggles with
factory jobs not very stable. People of those communities are having to
make significant changes in the kinds of businesses and jobs that can
survive in their areas. Community Reinvestment Loans need to be
available to help these communities survive.
