I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : These funds are often the only available opportunity for
small business start-ups to increase productivity and thrive. These
small businesses are the bedrock of our economy, the source of new
energy and growth.
