I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : Please do not exempt ANY bank from the Community Reinvestment Act, which The New York Times calls "the most successful community revitalization program in the nation's history."
