I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : The Community Re-investment Act costs the taxpayers
nothing, and costs the banks very little. Keep it on the books. Keep
open the opportunity for the rural poor to become homeowners.
