I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Do not take action that will remove the most hopeful
policy ever enacted to allow for affordable housing. It has not cost
taxpayers and has lifted communities; please, for once, leave this
policy alone and let the well-off fend for themselves.
