I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : As a fairly new resident of a city that is struggling to
overcome a long history of community decline, I know how important it is
to make banks responsible to poorer communities and to potential
first-time homebuyers who need help. This is an abominable proposal.
