I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Shame on the FDIC to decrease the effectiveness of an
overwhelmingly successful program that helps our economy and our people
in ways that for-profit banking would never attempt left to their own
devices.
