I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I have seen how the Community Reinvestment Act has
brought increased economic vitality and equal opportunity to many in the
Pittsburgh region and fully support those same results being available
to people in all communities.
