I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : All banks should have the same rules applied to them, is
is unfair to banks and to the people they serve. Banks need to offer
equal opportunity to all people, regardless of address.
